Korea's leading player in the space industry, CONTEC, announced the successful launch of the 'Oreum SAT' satellite into orbit via the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on the 5th. 13 individuals, selected through the ' CONTEC Creative Contest,' joined the satellite launch site. They were children of Korean military, police, and firefighter officials dedicated to serving the country. As part of the CONTEC Membership program, these individuals had the opportunity to experience zero gravity and simulate lunar and Martian environments at the Euro Space Center in Belgium before witnessing the launch of the Oreum SAT.
