There is a also company that provide one-stop services related to space technology. ＇CONTEC', founded by Sunghee Lee, the CEO, who worked at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute(KARI) for 16 years. CONTEC offers from the design, manufacturing and construction of space ground stations to receiving and processing video data transmitted by satellites. CONTEC also provides data analysis services. The space ground station is a facility that receives data produced from satellites and controls launched vehicles.
In 2019, CONTEC became the first Asian private company to build a space ground station in Jeju Island.
